Multizyme is vegetable based capsule that contains a blend of enzymes Amylase, Protease, Lipase & Cellulase along with the goodness of Ginger rhizome that helps in bile secretion & Peppermint leaf that helps release entrapped air.

What does MULTIZYME contain?

MULTIZYME is a proprietary blend of enzymes with herbal extract. It contains amylase, lipase, protease, cellulose, and ginger rhizome and peppermint leaf extracts. Enzymes are proteins that help to mediate chemical reactions in the body. The enzymes used in MULTIZYME help to breakdown the molecules in our food and to make it into smaller units that more readily absorbed by the gut. The ginger rhizome extract helps to naturally aid digestion. The peppermint leaf extract acts as carminative which helps to relieve flatulence.

What is MULTIZYME used for?

MULTIZYME is used to reduce bloating, flatulence, relieve chronic indigestion, supplement enzymes when the body is unable to produce enough and aid in digestion after heavy meals.

How many capsules of MULTIZYME should I take?

Take 1-3 capsules after a meal or as advised by your doctor.

Can I use MULTIZYME after using antacids?

It is not recommended to use MULTIZYME immediately after taking antacids. Antacids may negate the beneficial effects of digestive enzymes by inactivating them.

My 9-year-old son is having pain in the stomach due to gas and bloating. Can I give him MULTIZYME?

The dosage of enzymes contained in MULTIZYME may be too high for young children. MULTIZYME is intended for adult use only.

Are there any side effects to using MULTIZYME?

There are no reported side effects from using MULTIZYME in recommended quantities. Excessive dosage of digestive enzymes may cause diarrhoea or other intestinal upset that goes away when usage is stopped or dosage is reduced

Is it okay to use MULTIZYME while I’m pregnant?

It is not recommended to use MULTIZYME while pregnant or lactating without first consulting your doctor.
