30 grams of fresh turmeric (or 2 teaspoons turmeric powder)
20 grams garlic
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoons shiitake mushroom sauce
2 teaspoons green lid sauce
1 teaspoon coriander root
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
Put the fresh turmeric in a plastic bag and pound it in a mortar (so that the yellow of the turmeric does not stick in the mortar, so that it will not be difficult to wash and use it again).
Pound the pepper and coriander root thoroughly, then add the flowers and garlic and pound them coarsely.
Take the green lid sauce and shiitake mushroom sauce and pour into a bowl, stir well. Add the orange mushrooms and tempeh and mix thoroughly.
Mix the batter, followed by the turmeric, and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for at least 10 – 15 minutes to allow the mushroom and tempeh to absorb the flavors.
Place the marinated mushrooms and tempeh in the air fryer, starting with the mushrooms first, for about 10 minutes, over medium heat (watch the mushroom fillets cook until they are moderately dry), followed by the tempeh. It takes about 7 minutes; Prepare to serve on a plate.
