Ginkgo And Young Coconut

Ingredients and seasonings

  • 200 grams of ripe ginkgo nuts
  • Coconut water 500 ml.
  • 150 grams of fresh coconut meat
  • 100 ml coconut flower nectar (or coconut sugar)
  • 2-3 pandan leaves

Method

  • Pour coconut water into a pot and place over medium heat. Add pandan leaves and wait for the water to boil.
  • Add ginkgo nuts, coconut meat, and coconut flower nectar. Mix thoroughly and cover.
  • While boiling, if there are bubbles, skim them off frequently.
  • When the water boils again, turn off the heat and ladle into serving bowls.
