Ingredients and seasonings
- 200 grams of ripe ginkgo nuts
- Coconut water 500 ml.
- 150 grams of fresh coconut meat
- 100 ml coconut flower nectar (or coconut sugar)
- 2-3 pandan leaves
Method
- Pour coconut water into a pot and place over medium heat. Add pandan leaves and wait for the water to boil.
- Add ginkgo nuts, coconut meat, and coconut flower nectar. Mix thoroughly and cover.
- While boiling, if there are bubbles, skim them off frequently.
- When the water boils again, turn off the heat and ladle into serving bowls.
