Method
Put a pan on medium heat. Add garlic and roast until fragrant.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry together, followed by the orange mushrooms.
Add shimeji mushrooms, followed by clean water, shiitake mushroom sauce, shiitake mushroom soy sauce. Stir and close the lid so that the sauce water seeps into the mushroom.
Add the vegetables that are harder to cook first, including cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and baby corn. Wait until the vegetables are cooked.
Add vegetables that are easy to cook, including peas, bell peppers, and stir well. When cooked, add the sesame oil and turn off the heat. Stir well. Spoon onto a serving plate and sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds.
