Ingredients and Ingredients

  • 50 grams of orange mushrooms
  • 30 grams shimeji mushrooms
  • 30 grams cauliflower
  • 30 grams broccoli
  • 20 grams of baby corn
  • 20 grams peas
  • 20 grams of carrots
  • 40 grams of red and yellow bell peppers (20 grams each)
  • 20 grams of dried shiitake mushrooms soaked in water;
  • 10 grams minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shiitake mushroom sauce
  • 2 teaspoons shiitake mushroom soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 100 ml of water

Method

  • Put a pan on medium heat. Add garlic and roast until fragrant.
  • Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry together, followed by the orange mushrooms.
  • Add shimeji mushrooms, followed by clean water, shiitake mushroom sauce, shiitake mushroom soy sauce. Stir and close the lid so that the sauce water seeps into the mushroom.
  • Add the vegetables that are harder to cook first, including cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and baby corn. Wait until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Add vegetables that are easy to cook, including peas, bell peppers, and stir well. When cooked, add the sesame oil and turn off the heat. Stir well. Spoon onto a serving plate and sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds.
