FENZA also contains other important elements such as folic acid, vitamin C and D. Folic acid supports the expanding blood volume, growth of maternal (mother) and foetal (baby) tissues and prevents the risk of birth defects. You may take 1 capsule of FENZA daily along with meals or as prescribed by your doctor.
It is recommended to maintain a gap of at least 1 to 2 hours before taking any other medications along with FENZA.

Yes, she may take FENZA even after delivering a baby as the nutrients continue to reach the baby through your breast milk.
It is not recommended to take FENZA along with milk as it may decrease the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals present in FENZA.
If you miss a dose of FENZA, you may skip it for that day and continue taking it the next day. Do not double the dosage to compensate for the missed dosage.
